Interview with the Founders – Jay Kubassek & Aaron Parkinson

This business is not for everyone; you have to be a match for this just as much as the business has to be right for you.

Not everyone is an entrepreneur, wants to be an entrepreneur or has what it takes to be successful as an entrepreneur. I am looking for a specific type of person who is driven and motivated to succeed with a good work ethic. Don’t confuse ‘home’ with ‘hobby’; just because this business is home-based doesn’t mean you should treat it as something on the side. Like most things in life, you get out what you put in, and if you’re looking to replace your current income then you should be prepared to take your business that seriously! For me, this is my livelihood and my primary source of income; if you’re serious, you should have the same attitude.

I’m not looking for people who will ‘give it a go’ or ‘try it out’ and see if it works. If that’s your approach then please go and look elsewhere; this is not right for you.
